Before your visit
- Use a private location with a reliable internet connection, camera, and microphone.
- Have photo identification, your current medication list, allergies, and relevant records available.
- Be prepared to confirm the state where you are physically located and provide an emergency contact.
- Complete requested intake forms, consent documents, and laboratory testing before the appointment.
Prescriptions and refills
A visit does not guarantee a prescription. Refill requests are reviewed clinically and may require current laboratory testing, follow-up, or additional evaluation. Early replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged controlled medication may be declined.
Secure communication
Do not send medical records, symptoms, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or other sensitive health information through ordinary email. Patients receive instructions for approved secure intake and clinical communication.
Where care is available
Eligible adults age 18 or older may receive care while physically located in Utah, Arizona, Montana, Washington, or Texas, subject to current provider licensure, clinical availability, and applicable law. Controlled medications are available only where the practitioner maintains all required state and federal authority.
